Shipping and Returns


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Our shopping cart is configure to provide real time quotes from FEDEX and UPS. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are "dimensional rated" and there are occasional errors, Innerspace Cases reserves the right to change shipping rates prior to shipping due to improper or insufficient rates returned by the shipping companies. In such an event, you will be notified to see if the updated charges are acceptable.

Return Policy

Due to the customized nature of our business, all sales are final, Innerspace Cases builds custom cases to order using specifications provided by manufacturers and from measurements taken from the equipment itself.
If your equipment does not fit inside the custom case that it was intended for any reason other than an alteration or modification of the original equipment, you can return your case to be retrofitted at no additional charge within the first 30 days of taking delivery of the custom case.
Shipping costs for repairs and exchanges are not covered by Innerspace Cases and are to be determined on a case by case basis.
Pelican Cases and Storm Cases maybe returned within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping and a 25% restocking fee. All goods must be received new, unused, and in good condition for a refund to be processed.
All sales on clearance and close-out items sold at reduced prices are final.
