Custom-routed foam locks down the front and rear elements, lens barrel, and gear rings against shock and crush loads so nothing shifts in handling.
An ATA-300 rated shell - plywood with laminate exterior, steel valances, and recessed hardware - stands up to the 100-plus round trips of working rental and production travel. Exterior dimensions are about 25.5 x 16 x 10 in, ships at about 20 lb. Made in the USA.
