A CNC-cut foam insert for the ARRI Hi-5 wireless hand unit, dropped into a Pelican 1500-class shell. The Hi-5 well is contoured to the body shape — clearance for the focus wheel, the rocker pad, the OLED display, the antenna boss, and the side-mount thumb wheel — so the unit sits flush without anything riding against the screen or the wheel. Foam is closed-cell and won't shed into the focus mechanism.Layout accommodates a paired ERM-2400 or ERM-2 receiver, spare batteries, the supplied charger, the lanyard, and a USB-C cable for firmware updates. The shell is the standard Pelican Protector with a pressure valve, recessed latches, and a double-throw lid stay so the case can sit open on a cart shelf without slamming.Designed and CNC-cut in our North Hollywood, CA workshop.
