Custom Pelican 1780 build for the ARRI Trinity 1 hybrid camera stabilizer — the gimbal-on-arm rig that married steadicam-style isolation with electronic head control. The 1780 is the largest Pelican wheeled hard case, which gives enough internal real estate to ship the post, arm, vest interface, and the loose accessory chain in a single piece of luggage.Interior is CNC-cut high-density foam with a contoured post well, arm rebates that keep the cardanic joints supported in transport, a vest-interface pocket, and a deep upper layer for the gimbal head with rear-clearance for the motor connectors and the battery shoe. Lid foam is convoluted with a velour contact layer so the head's tilt axes and the post's gimbal don't pick up scuffs in shipping.Designed and manufactured at 11555 Cantara Street, North Hollywood. Will this fit my setup?

Tell us what you’re protecting and everything that travels with it. We check it against this build’s foam layout and reply with either a confirmation or the change we’d make. No obligation, and it goes to the people who cut the foam.

We reply with a real answer, usually same business day.

My setup is different

Different body, extra accessories, an accessory that has to stay mounted, or dimensions that don’t exist yet. We modify an existing design or engineer a new one.

I need several

Repeatable foam layouts, consistent hardware, replacement foam and reorders against the same drawing. Standard practice for rental houses and studio fleets.
